April 1, 2023 Update - Opening Day postponed until April 2, 2023

Due to tomorrow's predicted weather forecast, the Summit Municipal Golf Course will not open on Saturday, April 1, 2023. Opening Day at the Summit Municipal Golf Course is now Sunday, April 2, 2023. The Municipal Golf Course will be open from 8am until one hour before sundown.
Please note that all golfers must have their new ID cards issued prior to golfing. We have converted to a new registration system and old cards are no longer active. Please stop at the Community Center at 100 Morris Ave to have your ID created. The Community Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 9:30pm; Saturday from 7:00am until 9:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am until 9:00pm for ID creation.
If you arrive at the Municipal Golf Course and have not had an ID created, you will be required to drive to the Community Center for ID creation prior to golfing.

Summit’s Municipal Golf Course, better known as the Muni, is a Par 3, 9-hole executive course designed by renowned golf architect, Hal Purdy. The course covers 13 acres of land that was once a private estate.

2023 Season Announcement - New Membership Cards Required for All

We have recently migrated from Community Pass to our new registration system, Civic Rec. As a part of this transition and in an effort to keep membership cards current, we will be creating new cards for ALL Summit Municipal Golf Course members.

Cards will ONLY be created in person at the Community Center. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 9:00 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM.

Please note, if you arrive at the Summit Municipal Golf Course and have not had new cards created, you will be sent to the Community Center to have your cards created. No one will be permitted access to the Muni if your membership cards have not been created. There is no time where the Muni is open where the Community Center is not, which means there is no excuse to not have membership cards created!

You don't drive without your license, you don't travel without a passport, you don't shop without cash or a debit card - just like you don't come to the pool without a membership card!
