2026 Fall league info

Grades K-3: Flag Football 

Grades K-3: Flag Football - Teams will be formed with consideration to elementary school. Flag Football provides young players the opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while improving basic skills. With an emphasis on participation and sportsmanship, this exciting program will help players succeed both on and off the field. ($170 per participant)

Flag Football Schedule: 

  • Grades 2-3: Practice Monday @ 6pm or 7pm | Games Saturdays @ 11am or Noon
  • Grades K-1: Practice Friday @ 5:30pm or 6:30 | Games Sundays @ 11am or Noon
  • Season runs September 12 - November 1, 2026

 

Grades 4-5: Elite Flag Football 

Program offers players an opportunity to develop fundamental football skills and confidence in a safe environment where limited contact is introduced.  This program is  designed as a step between our Flag and Tackle programs. Players wear soft helmets and shoulder pads.  Games will be played in a 9v9 format where blocking and defensive contact are allowed.  Tackling and shoulder or helmet contact will NOT be allowed. ($210 per participant)

  • Practices: Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 & Games Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30-11:00 AM
  • Season runs September 9 - November 1, 2026



Grades 6-8: Tackle Football

**NEW - Grade 5 has the choice between Elite Flag and Tackle Football

Teams will be formed according to their age, grade, and skill level. They will participate in the New Jersey Suburban Youth Football League, playing against teams from surrounding towns. ($250 per participant, increases to $300 after June 30th) EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT! Enroll before May 23 for $200.

Tackle Football Schedule

  • Preseason Practices: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays  from 6-8 PM
  • Regular Practices: Tuesdays/Thursdays from 6-8 PM and Saturdays 8-10 AM
  • Preseason begins on August 18, 2026 & Regular Season on September 8, 2026
  • Games to be held Sundays from September 13-November 1, 2026


Equipment

Players will receive their equipment on the first week of practice

Tackle: Must purchase white football pants with pads, football mouth guard, all-purpose shoes and an athletic supporter with cup

Elite: Must purchase Turf cleats and mouth guard
