Parent and Me Course Description: The Parent & Me Multi Sports program allows children to try a variety of sports with a helping hand from Mom or Dad! Ease your child into social situations with support and confidence as you engage in fun sports activities and games together.
Squirts Description: The Squirts Multi-Sports program allows children to try a variety of different sports throughout the season including Lacrosse, Soccer, T-Ball, and Track & Field. All sports are taught in a safe and structured learning environment designed to ensure learning and most importantly: fun, fun, fun!

Course Description: Our Soccer program is the perfect introduction to the most popular sport in the world! Boys and girls will learn the fundamental skills of soccer, including dribbling, passing, shooting and defending. Soccer Squirts classes are taught through structured activities, fun games and scrimmages and are designed to ensure learning and most importantly: fun, fun, fun!

Course Description: USSI's Lacrosse Squirts is the perfect introduction to the nation's fastest growing sport. Participants will experience all aspects of lacrosse while playing a series of creative and fun games.
Players will learn how to cradle, shoot, catch, and scoop. Throughout the program participants will have fun developing their knowledge and understanding of scrimmaging in lacrosse.

Parent and Me Course Description: Our track & field program introduces a wide range of athletic skills throughout the program including running, jumping, and throwing. Participants will develop an understanding of different techniques used for each skill area within track & field, and be encouraged to implement these techniques during practice and intercamp competitions.
