Graduate of Rutgers University with a Baccalaureate degree in Health Physical Education & Sport Studies. Also played Intercollegiate Soccer and Baseball for the Scarlet Knights. Has been employed with the City as the Assistant Director since 1999. Recently promoted to the Director of Community Programs in March of 2019. Mark’s dedication to the DCP has won him the 2013 NJRPA “Professional of the Year” Award. “In my 20 years of service to the City I have met and worked with so many great individuals, it’s a pleasure to work in the best city in New Jersey!”
