Adult Aquacise
Plunge into daily water exercise. These classes are taught by a variety of instructors with different backgrounds. In water yoga, zumba, and other styles have been featured in the adult aquacise. These classes are senior citizen friendly, and can be adapted for all! No prior swimming ability required.
Monday - Friday
T’ai Chi
Learn to relax and de-stress using the gentle motions of T’ai Chi. Many health benefits have been attributed to this ancient practice. Instructor is Ayriel Germanton who is known by many seniors for teaching at the Summit Communtiy Center. This class can be modified for all abilities.
Wednesdays
Gentle Chair Yoga
Experience various styles of yoga. Positions will be modified for those who have balance and range-of-motion issues. This class is lead by Kati Walker, Certified Yoga Instructor with years of experience.
