Every Monday at Noon and Friday at 9:30


Gentle Chair Yoga is held on Mondays at 12:00 PM and Fridays at 9:30 AM. Instructor Kati Walker will draw from various styles of yoga, modifying the positions for those who have balance and range of motion issues. She will introduce stress management breathing techniques and guided imagery. All this while seated safely in a chair.

​Tai Chi

Every Wednesday at 10:00 AM

T’ai Chi is held on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM. Learn to relax and de-stress using the gentle motions of T’ai Chi with instructor Ayriel Germantown, Many health benefits have been attributed to this ancient practice.

Pickle ball

Dates:  October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; November 6

Course Description: Pickleball combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a perforated plastic ball, similar to a wiffle ball, and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, and can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players!
