This 501 (c)(3) Corporation was previously owned and operated by the Junior League of Summit until responsibility was assumed by the Summit Department of Community Programs in 2011 under contract with Senior Connections, Inc. Over the years, Big Wheel, a 22 passenger bus, has become a vital service for Summit's senior population.
